Making WBG Designs Happen
Bodo's Wide Bandgap Event is a focused technical conference dedicated to the latest developments in SiC and GaN power semiconductors. It brings together design engineers, researchers, industry experts and decision makers for two days of technical presentations, discussions and networking in a unique atmosphere.
In contrast to large exhibitions and trade shows, Bodo’s Wide Bandgap Event focuses on technical content, personal interaction and individual conversations between speakers, exhibitors and attendees. These conversations and discussions quite often cover very deep technical aspects.
Like in previous years, Bodo’s Wide Bandgap Event will once again take place at the Hilton Munich Airport Hotel.
Preliminary 2026 Program
December 1, 2026 – Opening Panel Discussion, Q&A, followed by a Networking Reception
The event begins with our traditional opening panel discussion, where leading experts across the wide bandgap industry discuss current trends, market developments and technical challenges. The audience is explicitly encouraged to participate actively during the extended Q&A session.
The first day concludes with a get-together, offering plenty of opportunities for informal discussions with speakers, sponsors and fellow engineers.
December 2, 2026 – Technical Conference & Tabletop Exhibition
The second day features two parallel technical tracks dedicated to GaN and SiC technologies. Presentations cover the latest developments in devices, packaging, gate driving, passive components, reliability, system design as well as test & measurement.
During the conference breaks, the Tabletop Exhibition provides an ideal setting to meet technology suppliers, discover new products and continue technical discussions throughout the day.
